Before this album I'd only ever really listened to Lament and Dead Horse X; I've never been -that- familiar with touche amore but this blasted them from being a band I enjoyed on occasion to an absolute favorite, one I feel connected with personally, intimately. I feel understood which is a rare experience. sleepy_foxie
A post-hardcore megalith from the UK: churning guitars, spacey arrangements, and explosive vocals both screamed and sung. Bandcamp New & Notable May 8, 2019

My introduction to Touche Amore! I checked it out for my love of La Dispute, but man, the two bands play well off each other here. As a lover of LD, track 3 was enough to hold my patience for the slower pace of the other tracks and that blossomed my love for TA. Worth a listen if you love one or the other. Both bands have absolutely developed since this point, but it still stands strong as a split that belongs in your collection. sleepy_foxie
